I'm here to give you a safe space to express yourself and let go of the burden of having to carry it all alone. You are likely here at this time in your life because you are sick of telling yourself stories that don't suit your best interests or the best version of yourself. Reconnecting with the part of you that knows you deserve to be happy is my aim in helping you. In our work together I will help you get in touch with your own knowing and tap into your strengths.
Some clients are more spiritual-based, while others like the more scientific approaches. Our goal is to support you in a way that's comfortable for you. Along with change-making techniques like CBT, and narrative therapies, I also like to use more holistic approaches to healing like somatic therapy which considers the full person—mind, body and spirit.
