I also have a strong understanding of ADHD and neurodivergence.
My approach leans both on evidence-based practices and on impactful conversations that explore not just your immediate challenges, but also the bigger picture: the stories you carry about yourself, the influences of family and relationships, your physical and emotional well-being, and the environments that shape your daily life.

If you have ADHD, Autism, or a combination of both, your therapy needs are different than neurotypical people.
So how do I make therapy inclusive to people with ADHD and autism? A few ways. First, I factor in a neurodivergent-friendly lens when using common therapy techniques and approaches. Second, I give you the option to make sessions as structured and predictable as you like. Third, I lean into one of our commonly-held values - authenticity. No need to mask here.

My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a belief that healing is not about becoming someone new, but remembering who you are beneath the noise. I tune into what lies beneath the story. My training in energy work and spiritual sensibility allow me to notice the subtle shifts in body language, tone, even silence - creating opportunity to respond in ways that foster deep safety and attunement. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and human-first. I know what it’s like to live in a world that often misunderstands sensitivity, intuition, or intensity and how healing it can be to finally feel seen.

Looking for an adult autism assessment with a neurodivergent psychologist? Feeling dismissed by people who don’t understand medical trauma or how hard it is to stop masking? You have the right to feel accepted, heard, and believed—even in an assessment! I was 29 when I discovered I'm autistic, so I understand how relieving a diagnosis can be after decades of feeling misunderstood and exhausted. My assessments are thorough and the options were entirely designed by autistic people, who I routinely work with to refine things. You can do the assessment from home and take the time you need. I work with adults who have ADHD or wonder if they might.
I specialize in ADHD because I’ve lived it. A late diagnosis gave me a new understanding of myself and changed the way I move through the world. Now, I help other adults do the same: understand their brains, build practical tools, and create lives that feel more manageable and more them.

I support clients of all ages, from children to seniors, who are working through ADHD, trauma, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and burnout.
You didn’t become who you are because life was easy. You became who you are by learning to carry pain no one else could see. You move through life with invisible wounds, smiling on the outside while fighting battles no one notices. You’ve gotten used to staying busy, achieving, and showing up for others, because slowing down means facing what’s underneath. Past traumas may still linger in your present life, leaving you exhausted from coping alone. Seeking support is not about “fixing” YOU, it’s about healing, growing and finding balance. I offer a compassionate space to explore your story and support your journey towards wholeness.

They're navigating a variety of issues including trauma, grief, anxiety, ADHD, shifts in their identity, or just trying to figure out who they are when they're not taking care of everyone else around them.
Therapy feels weird, right?! Like- Hi, total stranger. I'm chronically overwhelmed and have been holding it all together with caffeine, people-pleasing, and sheer determination. Let me tell you all my trauma. But seriously - if that feels even a little too real, you're in the right place. Therapy CAN feel weird, but only because our culture teaches us that we should be able to do it all alone. But do you want to know a secret? You don't have to. I work with primarily women and 2SLGBTQI+ individuals. As a Neurodivergent queer gal, I know how hard it can be to feel safe and seen. I promise to listen and to walk alongside you.

We can do this by making step by step strategies that support your coping skills with anxiety, adhd, or past trauma.
Are you looking to connect with your self on a deeper level and want an unbiased person to talk to? Have you wanted to get support that’s focused on you and your progress? Going through major life changes; looking for help with processing a mental health diagnosis; feeling disconnected, less confident, stressed, anxious or misunderstood? Many people find themselves always taking care of others’ and leaving little time for themselves to heal and grow. Making yourself a priority is an integral piece of a therapeutic dynamic.

When should I seek treatment for ADHD?

You should seek treatment for ADHD if you consistently have difficulty with attention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity that interferes with your daily life. Symptoms of ADHD include the inability to sustain attention during tasks, difficulty organizing tasks and activities, being easily distracted, frequent fidgeting or squirming, and talking or interrupting excessively. If these symptoms interfere with your career, academics, or relationships—for example, consistently failing to complete professional projects on time—you should seek an evaluation for ADHD.

How does treatment for ADHD work?

Effective treatment for ADHD often consists of medication, behavioral therapy, and lifestyle changes. Stimulant medications such as Adderall and Ritalin work by altering levels of neurotransmitters in the brain; higher levels of dopamine and norepinephrine are known to improve attention and focus. Therapy works by helping people with ADHD understand the condition, discuss their areas of difficulty, and develop behavioral strategies to manage their symptoms. In some cases, modifying one’s diet and exercise can also help improve symptoms.

Are there specific medications for ADHD?

Medications to treat ADHD are generally stimulants, the most common are Adderall and Ritalin. There are two categories of stimulants: Amphetamines include Adderall, Dyanavel, Vyvanse, and Dexedrine, and methylphenidates include Ritalin, Concerta, Daytrana, Focalin, Quillichew, Quillivant, and Metadate. Non-stimulants and antidepressants may be used as an alternative if stimulants aren’t effective or viable for a particular patient.

How long does treatment for ADHD take?

It’s tough to give an exact time frame because everyone varies. In terms of medications, stimulants begin to work very soon after you take them, generally within the hour. It may take time to identify the right medication and dosage, but the medication itself is fast-acting. In terms of therapy, it takes time to develop skills and put them into practice, but you will likely see improvements within a few weeks or months.
