I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel that their struggles are not just personal, but shaped by their relationships, family dynamics, or broader environment. If you feel stuck, misunderstood, or caught in patterns that are hard to change on your own, you are welcomed here. I offer a space where we can bring important people into meaningful conversations, explore challenges without blame, and understand how different parts of your life are connected. We focus on separating problems from people and creating respectful, collaborative dialogue so new and more helpful ways of understanding and relating can emerge.
I have over 20 years of experience in CBT as a clinician, supervisor, and trainer in Bangladesh. Since 2014, I have specialized in Systemic Family Therapy, focusing on relational understanding. I now work as an integrated therapist, tailoring approaches to each individual, couple, and family.
I listen with genuine care, understand your experience as it is, and support you in moving toward the life you want. With experience across Bangladesh, the UK, and Canada, I help explore root causes of challenges and your strengths. I also offer sliding-scale options to make therapy more accessible.

I tailor my approach to your needs, using CBT for individual concerns and a family systems approach for relational issues. In CBT, we set goals, assess thought patterns, emotions, and behavior to build a shared understanding, and use practical strategies with follow-up and relapse prevention. In family work, we explore interaction patterns and co-create more helpful ways of relating beyond blame.
