I have expertise in CBT, DBT and Somatic Therapy. My professional experience and expertise include working with survivors of trauma, OCD, addiction, life's psycho-emotional challenges and stress.
As a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist I am able to to provide psychotherapy treatment in addition to structural supports and resource management for life's challenges. In-person therapy at your home is available in Durham region and Greater Toronto Area, and Ontario-wide online therapy available.
