Life can be unpredictable and connecting with a therapist will bring a better understanding of your identity while coping in the chaotic world we live. My goal is to help with self-awareness, healing, coping, learning to adjust and re-adjust to the changing world around us. Strengthening your nervous system which is responsible for managing emotions is my goal.
I offer talk-therapy and psychotherapy (ie. Brainspotting therapy) treatment which aims to process the outer brain and deep brain for healing and self-determination. In addition I have expertise in CBT, DBT and Somatic Therapy. My professional experience and expertise include working with survivors of trauma, life's psycho-emotional challenges and stress.
As a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist I am able to to provide psychotherapy treatment in addition to structural supports and resource management for life's challenges. In-person therapy at your home is available in Durham region and Greater Toronto Area, and Ontario-wide online therapy available.
