I offer talk-therapy and psychotherapy Brainspotting treatment which aims to process the outer brain and deep brain for healing and self-determination. My professional experience and expertise include working with survivors of trauma, traumatic injuries and life's psycho-emotional challenges.
As a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist I am able to to provide psychotherapy treatment in addition to structural supports and resource management for life's challenges. In-person Brainspotting and counseling in Durham region and Greater Toronto Area, and Ontario-wide online therapy available
