Through my experience working with survivors of gender-based violence, I've really come to value creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported in their healing. I understand that the systems and contexts we live within can profoundly shape our sense of self, our relationships, and resources, and my work remains attentive to these influences.
Counselling is a collaborative process where we explore what feels heavy or sticky, uncover what’s meaningful to you personally, and nurture the strengths already within you.
