My ideal clients are individuals who are seeking thoughtful, grounded support as they navigate relational, emotional, and behavioural challenges. Clients are often drawn to my practice when they notice that insight alone has not led to meaningful change. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally reactive, or disconnected from their values and from the people who matter most to them. Some are navigating life transitions, burnout, stress, sleeplessness, rumination, or relational strain; others are simply wanting to live with greater clarity, intention, and psychological flexibility to chart and travel their valued life path.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and process-focused. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Nature Therapy practices, I help clients build awareness of their internal experiences while developing new ways of responding to them. Together, we work to develop the flexibility and compassion to change.
With me you will find a space that is steady, respectful, compassionate, collaborative, and curious. I will be present with you in your struggle—without pressure or criticism—and help you grow throughout it toward your own valued path using research-supported contextual-behavioural approaches.
