When people experience life stressors or trauma, it is not uncommon to stumble, become immobilized, or even unravel. My great passion is walk alongside people in dark chapters of their lives, to help them to dismantle obstacles, to move towards healthier functioning and healing. I help my clients, who include children, teens, adults and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can accept and know themselves as whole, peaceful, and complete.
I provide a welcoming and safe atmosphere; not only for veterans of counselling, but also for those who might not typically reach out to a counsellor. You are unique, and I will provide support individualized to who you are, and where you want to go. I currently offer appointments via tele-health ( telephone or secure video-call) and in-person.
I believe that change happens when people are given the support they need to draw on their own strengths, to realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy lives.
