I utilize a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, where I collaborate with you on your goals while holding space for all of your feelings, concerns, and challenges. My eclectic approach, which combines solution-focused strategies with cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and narrative therapy techniques, ensures that you will feel supported, safe, and empowered.
