I'm glad you are reaching out. It can be tough finding the right therapist. Relationships can be very tough. Stress, kids, affairs, grief and trauma can create a distance between us and the people we love. We can cause a lot of harm to those closest to us and end up wondering how we got to where we are. This is the focus of my work. There is hope, even when things feel like they are at the very end.
Do you find that relationships tend to bring out the worst in you? We can do all our own personal work and then find it unravels or we feel stuck inside of our relationships. I work with couples, families and individuals in the context of their relationships whether it be marriages, dating, work, families or extended families.
