We provide evidence-based treatment for Borderline Personality Disorder, Addictions, Eating Disorders, Anxiety-related disorders (including OCD), Depression, PTSD and low self-esteem. We strive to help couples to strengthen and improve their relationship. We support clients to learn skills to manage their anger, work stress, & cope with life adjustments.
Our clinicians use a variety of evidence-based treatments; Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Family Based Treatment for Eating Disorders, Family Therapy, Couple Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approach. We offer services in English, Punjabi, Urdu/Hindi, Malayalam, Bengali, Farsi & Pashto.
