Natasha Williot
Counsellor, MA, DT
Welcome to the Creatives, the Caretakers, and the Gifted. Do you forget yourself by putting others first? You are in the right place if you want to incorporate arts, creativity and play into your therapy! Maybe you just don't feel that spark anymore and the world feels grey and flat. Maybe you feel like you're always the odd one out, or even that therapy has just be BORING. What if I told you that you can feel whole? That it's possible to really believe you are enough and to feel joyful again? If you are ready for deep work on the themes of power, grief, identity, trauma, sexual assault, and meaning, I'm here for you.
These drama therapy sessions use storytelling, play, movement, music, writing, and visual creation to help you express experiences that go beyond words. In our work, we will reconnect your mind, body, soul, and heart towards a whole and empowered Self. And believe it or not, this includes having fun!
I know how impossible it can feel to be truly yourself in a world that doesn't seem to make space for who you are, and what you've lived. And I know that the arts can help you, as they've helped me develop my identity, community, and sense of power. There is no artistic experience required, I will guide you through if needed :) - Natasha

The Roles We Play - A Guide to Work-Life Balance
Explore identities that get in the way of taking care of yourself and that create conflict between your personal and professional lives. You will use creative tools to reconnect to an internal Guide for self-empowerment and well-being without compromising your work. This is for students and caretakers who want to prevent burnout, develop resilience, and use creativity to connect with others. This is NOT for you if you need insurances to pay for your sessions, are experiencing a crisis, or are looking for a 'quick fix'.
