About

I am a licensed psychotherapist and couple & family therapist, offering psychotherapy services to individuals, couples & families. My practice is attachment-based and trauma informed. It integrates different therapeutic approaches, elements from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness and Compassion, to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I work with clients struggling with all types of life cycle transitions such as parenthood, co-parenting challenges, separation/divorce and those undergoing or affected by a chronic illness or a disability. I am also experienced in bereavement (grief) therapy.
I welcome individuals, couples, and families of all cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities. If significant differences should exist amidst our cultures and belief systems, I assure you I will work to understand those differences.
The objective will be to challenge you in a caring & empathetic manner, to examine yourself, guide you in discovering strategies suited best for your needs. Finding the right therapist to do this important work with is key. Feel free to send me an email, ask me questions, and see if I’m the right therapist for you.
