Not accepting new clients
It is hard to be human these days between the daily traumas of colonial-capitalist culture & the intergenerational wounds that we endure from dysfunctional family patterns of relating. I call what we do in therapy a collaborative spiritual workout where we put our heads & hearts together to better understand your problems & find different, more expansive ways of navigating them. We talk about your problems, your feelings, we explore solutions, we celebrate your wins, and we look at how your problems show up & play out in our relationship. Brave conversations allow us to build relational safety, one step and one session at a time.
A therapy experience of being seen and accepted over & over again - including being challenged and working through turbulence in the therapy relationship when it surfaces - helps folks develop more relational tools, skills, clarity & self worth. This results in taking more relational risks & the ability to cultivate the kind of connections you most need.
A successful therapy experience depends on a good fit between client & therapist. Finding the right fit therapist can be a daunting task! Words on a screen only tell us so much. Let's connect & see how our first conversation goes in a free consultation. If we don't click, I'll be glad to refer you to someone else. I look forward to hearing from you!

Improv for Anxiety

Play is medicine for the nervous system. Play is a powerful nervous system regulator. Ask me about improv for anxiety workshops. I don't specialize in this modality but after personally experiencing the therapeutic benefits and transformative power of improv, I partnered with a skilled improv facilitator and I began introducing this powerful anti-oppressive, accessible/barrier-free modality to my therapy clients. I would love to introduce this to you too. Workshops available for kids aged 9+, adults and organizations. Send me a message if you have any questions or want to learn more.
