Life is a complex journey that can be overwhelming to face at times, and those little "bumps in the road" can transform into what seem like insurmountable, unmovable mountains. In challenging times, having somebody to talk to can be tremendously meaningful. Therapy provides clients with the opportunity to explore feelings and emotions and the chance to (re)discover that we are all meant for significance, belonging and unconditional love, even though life can sometimes make it hard to uncover and fulfill these needs. I would be honoured to be part of your journey of self-discovery towards becoming your most resilient self.

I have worked extensively with youth with mental illness, adults experiencing stress and mental health difficulties, and families experiencing behavioural challenges with their children.I use a variety of techniques to help you discover the root cause of why you are feeling stuck, so that we can focus not just on symptoms, but on healing.

I am a highly skilled, compassionate and empathic counsellor and I approach counselling from a client-centered, strengths-based perspective and focus on giving my clients the means to better understand themselves as well as providing them with the practical tools to manage their stress, anxiety, and deal with their feelings.
