Hi, I'm Natasha - I'm a Registered Social Worker and Certified EMDR Therapist, and I work with adults in helping and high-accountability roles — therapists, healthcare workers, first responders, educators, and others whose capability tends to obscure how much they're carrying. My work integrates EMDR, attachment-focused therapy, and parts-based (IFS-informed) approaches. This is depth work: we go to the root rather than managing the surface. That means it can be slower and more uncomfortable than skills-based therapy, and it also means the change tends to hold.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and eclectic—meaning I partner with you to create a personalized plan and incorporate various modalities based on your unique needs. I view myself as not only your guide but your support system, too. Someone who hears you distinctly, speaks with compassion and delicately challenges you to see different perspectives.
