Our teen group therapy program is carefully specialized to meet the needs of our teens today. Anchoridge Counselling has carefully implemented a five-week (10 sessions) program to specialize in areas of concern that you or your child may be experiencing. When teens are working together in group therapy they are able to relate to one another, understand each other and may even see themselves within each other, which becomes a powerful healing process. Each week discusses a different topic including but not limited to anxiety, stress, relationships, academics, organizational skills, culture differences, social anxiety, and self-esteem.
