I offer individual, couple and family therapy for a wide range of issues including; Divorce/Separation, Trauma, Grief, OCD, ADHD, BPD, Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse, Self-Image, Family Conflict, and Eating Disorders I have assisted many couples and families in improving their relationships with one another, providing them with the ability to communicate, respect and understand each other better using Collaborative Problem Solving and Emotion-focussed therapy. Success in a relationship does not mean there is no conflict, it means that conflict is handled in a respectful manner and individuals feel heard.
I have been practicing for 10 years and also offer clinical supervision to RP's and RP (Q)'s in the format of individual, dyadic and group supervision. I am trained in CBT, Psychotherapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Gottman, Emotion-focused therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Mindfulness, and Narrative therapy. Certification in Trauma Counselling.
