I hold firmly that there is something sacred about the work that we do together in therapy. To do deep, healing work together, I hope that our space feels safe, warm, empathetic, and authentic. I particularly enjoy helping people connect with parts of themselves they've felt disconnected from for some time, whether that be self-esteem, wants and needs, emotions, etc. I believe that relationships are vital for change, and I believe that the work we do within the therapeutic relationship will help you connect more with yourself and with the most important people in your life.
I work from a collaborative, systemic, non-pathologizing, trauma-informed, and attachment-based lens. I draw most from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I work with couples, children, families, and individuals of all ages.
