Hi! I'm Natasha from Living Curiously Counselling Services Inc. I believe we all are doing the best we can, yet each of us can find ourselves in need of support during different times in our lives. Do you find yourself constantly putting others first and losing yourself in the process? Do thoughts about the future leave you feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed? You're not alone. More people than ever are struggling to find balance in their relationships, careers, and family life. If you're feeling burned out, uncertain, or emotionally drained, therapy can help you reconnect with your needs and regain a sense of control.
Maybe you’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t feel like the right fit. That’s why I start by getting to know you, your challenges, and what you truly want from therapy. From there, we build a trusting, collaborative relationship that supports real, lasting change. I have flexible scheduling, with virtual or in person sessions available to fit your life.
Your goals matter and I'm here to help you reach them. Whether you're working through past trauma, learning to set healthy boundaries, or building emotional resilience, I'll share some tools and strategies tailored to your needs. Let’s talk about how therapy can support you. Reach out today for a free consultation, I promise it is not that scary ;)

I often use a mix of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART); however, we will explore what works best for your specific needs. CBT looks at how our thoughts impact our emotions which impact our behaviours. We may also explore some unhelpful thinking traps our brain automatically does which can impact our overall mood. ART is an evidence based trauma therapy.
