I am a gender non-conforming/non-binary queer (they/them pronouns) whose approach is a blend of embodiment, metaphor, humor, and vitality.
My main modality is gestalt therapy, which is a relational, experiential, and embodied approach with the goal to help you become more aware. This awareness can then help you to see your experiences and issues in new or different ways.
I have an active movement practice as well as training in dance and yoga, which greatly influences my embodied response and awareness within the co-created field.
My hope is to support each client in a way that might allow us to stay a little bit longer with what might be painful, overwhelming, or intolerable on your own to see if it might make space for new possibilities or options in your life.
I strive to bring honesty and creativity into our sessions along with my energy as a helpful clown/philosophical eeyore type of human being.
I provide support in a variety of areas and strive to yield to the wisdom and autonomy of each client. I also speak and facilitate on a variety of topics related to 2SLGBTQI+ inclusivity and diversity.
