Can’t figure out why you run from conflict or perhaps you find yourself going from calm to seeing red in a heartbeat? Are you confused about why you do the things you do or want to like yourself more? Having the same fight with your partner, child, friend, or yourself and can't see eye to eye? Do you either explode in anger or find yourself agonizing over whether or not your frustration is worth talking about but you sit on it and feel stuck and alone? I help individuals, couples and families understand the perplexing things that happen in all relationship types - romantic, friendship, parental and work.

In relationship counselling, I help partners have different, positive experiences that can help to restore trust and safety. In 1-to-1 counselling I help people relate more compassionately to themselves so they find it easier to connect with others. We may look at how early life shaped your ideas about yourself and others and impact the present.

When you feel more connected with others it is easier to ask for what you need and work co-operatively to solve problems. Come and learn with me. I have been a newcomer (to Ireland, where I lived for 15 years), someone experiencing infertility and mid-life, a parent and a partner. I won't tell you what worked for me but I will offer skills that can help.
