If you have landed here, you or someone you know is in need of counselling and support. I am here to help, listen, and build a plan for change and moving forward with hope. I offer in-person, remote and nature-based, counselling services to assist clients, particularly children and teens, move towards improving their mental health, lifestyle and mindset. Our work together will hopefully develop a deeper understanding for how to develop the personal tools you need to build towards the life you want.
I specialize in child and youth mental health, and working with adults and families who are struggling through difficult times in their lives. My goal is to aid all my clients in creating a path forward leading to meaningful change and individually identified success in an empathetic and non-judgemental environment.
In my practice, I strive to provide a counselling experience that will help you feel comfortable, safe, and uplifted. My belief is that this process should feel empowering and the overall goal is to help clients feel supported, heard, and create a sense of hope. Taking small steps and building on small successes, can create meaningful change.
