I’m Natalie (she/her), a Provisional Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and groups. I help people move through anxiety, burnout, relational struggles, identity shifts, medical trauma, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, body-affirming, client-centred, LGBTQ+ allied, and grounded in the mind-body connection. I believe healing happens when we welcome all parts of ourselves—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or seeking deeper self-understanding, I offer a warm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space to explore what matters most to you.
