About
It is my privilege to join you on your journey, wherever you are. My passion is to help people live rich, meaningful, and fulfilling lives. This may involve overcoming fear, handling pain, nurturing strengths, or connecting with your values. Whatever your concerns, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate space. I have a special interest in working with young adults and adolescents who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal conflict, relationship challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and issues with their self-worth.
My approach to therapy is mainly influenced by mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. This means I like to help people disengage from unhelpful thoughts and fears, learn about themselves, and achieve meaningful goals.
I have over 6 years of experience working in the fields of mental health and psychology. When I'm not working, I love to be in nature, go out dancing, sing karaoke with my friends, travel, and explore Toronto! If your concern is not listed, but you think we may be a good fit, please do reach out!
