Life is an absolutely bonkers, breathtaking and soul wrenching journey and we’re all in it together. I wholeheartedly believe we are stronger than we think and capable of healing and living a fulfilled and balanced life. I am passionate about grief and loss, and all that may come with that: depression, anxiety, loss of perspective and purpose. My style is to approach things with curiosity, acceptance and a dash of humor.

As a Dutch immigrant here in Vancouver, I offer a down to earth, zero judgment and open minded attitude where every person and every issue is welcome.

One thing I fiercly believe in is that we are all incredibly resilient and we all have a need for connection: To be seen and to be heard, no matter what happened to us in the past. It would be my honor to witness your own unique story.
