Hello, my name is Natalie John- Carson MSW, RSW. I'm a registered social worker with 20 years experience supporting youth, adults & families. I am trained in Family Based Treatment for adolescent eating disorders, working closely with caregivers to support recovery. I also use CBT and DBT skills to help with anxiety, mood and emotion regulation.
My approach is warm, collaborative, non judgemental & tailored to your individual or family's needs. I work flexibly creating a safe & supportive space where meaningful change can occur.
I am expertly trained in providing Family Based Therapy for youth and their families. I also have extensive expertise in teaching Dialectical Behavioural Therapy Skills and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which can be helpful for mood regulation issues. I am happy to work with families, youth and/or adults individually.
