About
The last few years have been hard on all of us. We have all grieved in some capacity, whether it be over the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a career, or simply the life that we knew before the world was changed by the pandemic. As someone who has been in therapy myself, I know how important it is to have a safe space in which we can process the ups and downs of life.
As a woman of colour, I am passionate about providing accessible and culturally-sensitive services to members of the BIPOC community. I have experience providing services in both short-term and long-term contexts to adults who have presented with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief.
The world can be a scary place, but my hope is that our work together will give you the tools and support needed to feel empowered and resilient as you navigate through life. My approach is tailored to your goals and needs as a client. If you would like to learn more about what our work together would look like, please feel free to reach out to me.
