My intention is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to uncover how you feel stuck or overwhelmed in your life. Through careful exploration, you can learn about yourself emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Taking the time to be curious about yourself on deeper level, can lead to greater awareness and ultimately acceptance of your interesting and unique self. This acceptance gives you the power to make more conscious choices and live more fully. I work with individuals who are faced with the following challenges: self esteem, relationships, grief, stress, anxiety, depression, anger, negative thoughts, behaviors and beliefs.
We are all faced with difficulties at some point in our life. I create a place for my clients to explore those challenges with support and bring the places that seem dark, into the light. As your awareness increases, you have the opportunity to make different choices for your life.
