As an adult-diagnosed autistic professional, I lead a global team of autistic psychologists, medical doctors and clinicians providing neuro-affirming, research-based autism and ADHD assessments. With nearly 30 years of clinical experience, I’m a naturopathic doctor (ND), a registered psychotherapist (RP), the author of The Ultimate Guide to Autistic Burnout, and a public speaker on neurodiversity. My mission is to make every assessment safe, validating, and empowering, helping clients gain clarity, self-understanding, and lasting self-acceptance so they can live authentically, with confidence and compassion for who they are.

I help adults determine whether autism may contribute to their experiences through comprehensive, neuroaffirming assessments. Each evaluation integrates lived experience with current research. The assessment has 3 sections. For many the initial screening assessment is sufficient while others wish to do parts 2 or 3. Each part of the assessment is completed at your own pace, and payment is only required for the part of the assessment being undertaken. Insurance often covers the assessment.
