I favour a holistic, integrative approach, which is tailored to your individual needs. We will work together to build on your strengths and identify behaviour patterns and thought processes that no longer serve you, in order to help you change and heal.
I consider it a privilege to be able to accompany clients on their journeys to self-discovery and healing. I am aware that the issues clients bring forth can have a spiritual dimension and I remain open to working with your personal meanings. I also offer clinical consultations to new therapists and qualifying members of the CRPO.
In addition to a master's degree in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University, I hold a master's degree in Medical Anthropology from the University of Ottawa. I hold a Certificate in Applied Mindfulness from the University of Toronto and am a trained facilitator of the Mindfulness-Based Chronic Pain Management (MBCPM) course.
