Are you suffering from depression, anxiety, grief or troubled relationships? If you are experiencing a difficult life transition such as employment change or loss, divorce, parenthood, retirement, or the loss of a loved one - I can help and offer support, kindness and empathy to help you see more clearly in the difficult times you may be experiencing. I favour a holistic, integrative approach, which is tailored to your individual needs. We work together to build on your strengths, identify behaviour patterns and thought processes which no longer serve you, in order to help you change and heal.
I consider it a privilege to be able to accompany clients on their journeys to self-discovery and healing. I am aware that the issues clients bring forth can have a spiritual dimension and I remain open to working with your personal meanings. I also offer clinical consultations to new therapists and qualifying members of the CRPO.
In addition to a master's degree in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University, I hold a master's degree in Medical Anthropology from the University of Ottawa. I hold a Certificate in Applied Mindfulness from the University of Toronto and am a trained facilitator of the Mindfulness-Based Chronic Pain Management (MBCPM) course.
