My goal is to work with clients to identify and work towards their goals. I specialize in helping people recover from traumas and managing depression and anxieties. I believe that I am not the expert on your life, but an ally in your journey. I tend to use an eclectic approach, pulling from different therapies to best meet clients' needs.
I work with children, youth, and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, emotion-regulation, and relationship issues. I am an EMDR and PRT trained therapist and work from an attachment and trauma-focused lens to support clients towards wellness, self-compassion and understanding. I also have a special interest in supporting new mothers.
