I am a therapist in training with the Canadian Institute for Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy with supervision, where I am learning to understand the rich, inner lives of young people and support them.
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all. I meet you where you are and together we co-create a space where you feel seen, heard, and free to be yourself. Some sessions focus on talking, others on creative or expressive activities. As a racialized, queer therapist, I understand what it feels like to be different.
