With thirty years of experience, I understand the importance of emotional connection, self-awareness and reflection, unlearning negative patterns and healing from trauma. There are also times, where our experience is beyond words and a deeper approach is required. Helping clients create the changes they want in their lives is my goal.
I work with men, women and teens healing from relational trauma, as well as those seeking to be a better partner and parent. Couples seek me out because they want greater closeness and connection or to heal from an infidelity. Clients seek me out for deep, emotional and sometimes spiritual work as they grow into their authentic selves.
I love working with my clients, using a variety of modalities. I love doing deep work and helping my clients uncover connections between their past and their present, helping them on the spiral journey of their life as they uncover their authentic selves, learning to live a life in alignment with their purpose and their heart's desire.
