Are you interested in attachment styles and seeking to change yours? Perhaps you know what you want to do differently in your relationships, but it’s hard to actually do those things? Early life experiences shape the way that you relate to others. We can help you make sense of why you do what you do, and practice new ways of relating together, whether in individual, couple or family therapy.

I work with clients to break problematic repetitive relational cycles, grow emotional intimacy with others, and help deal with stressful or overwhelming emotions. I am a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Therapist and Supervisor. I mentor and supervise a small carefully selected number of student interns in my practice.

I have a varied background in psychology, sociology and theology. I attempt to live mindfully, being conscious of how my choices impact myself, others, and the earth.
