My work is trauma-informed, relational, somatic, mindfulness-based, and rooted in expressive arts therapy. Each session provides a space for sharing your story, grounding, body-based practices, empowering your voice, creative exploration and tools for stress reduction. You're the expert of your lived experience; I walk alongside you as a compassionate guide.
I bring over 20 years of experience facilitating therapeutic groups and healing spaces with communities through an anti-oppression framework. My own lived experience with mental health and my multidisciplinary artistry informs how I listen; with care for story, meaning, & the wisdom of the body.
