One day Women's Retreat. Aug 2, 2026
A gathering created to center women, our pain, our joy, and nourish each other. Moving through elemental practices. Starting with Air: a short meditation, intention-setting, and tuning in. Earth, movement, gentle Chi gong. Water: with a pool on-site, we work with water-releasing practices. Ending with Fire, Cacao and music to close the journey. The property is a 100-acre heritage home with rivers and walking paths to connect to nature. A mini retreat for Women to heal with Women.
