Do you struggle with a loss of a sense of self that affects your day-to-day life? Do you sense disconnection from yourself or others? Do you feel overwhelmed by just getting through the day? Do you wonder if life could be better? Now more than ever, people are feeling anxious and stressed about managing relationships and living their best life.
I believe people can change through effective counselling. We start with defining the issue(s) and setting goals for therapy, and ensuring we are addressing, redefining, and meeting those goals, while celebrating successes along the way. Helping people live a better life is my mission.
I am passionate about helping people from all walks of life navigate various issues and I integrate a variety of methods depending on the client’s needs and preferences, providing a holistic therapy experience. Together, we may learn to set boundaries, work through a loss, or help change a behaviour pattern that is keeping you stuck.
I have worked in a helping profession (pharmacy) for 18 years and look forward to continue to help others through counselling. I have worked in the cancer world for the past 15 years. I offer faith based counselling when requested. Book online today for a free virtual 15 minute consultation and we’ll take the first step of the journey together.
