The backbone of my practice is Gestalt Psychotherapy. In my work, I am committed to honoring my clients with compassion, presence and integrity. My sessions often include mindfulness-based approaches, encouraging the use of awareness as a powerful and curative ally. When we become aware of our patterns and limiting beliefs we can then willingly, courageously choose differently and embrace another way of being. My hope is that I may be of service and provide guidance as this process ushers you to a place of healing and transformation.
