I approach psychotherapy from a perspective of curiosity and compassion. I believe that with support, all people are capable of strength, growth, and resilience, even in the face of profound challenges.
I offer in-person appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays
I work with individuals, couples, and families. I support people struggling with a wide range of needs including anxiety, depression, self-harm, gender dysphoria, life transitions, coping with mental illness, couples issues and more. I provide assessment and letters for gender affirming surgery.
My style is warm and collaborative. It is essential to me that you feel heard and understood so we can work together to tackle whatever issues are bringing you to therapy. My practice is grounded in an attachment framework and a systemic perspective. I also work with EMDR and CBT approaches.
