I approach psychotherapy from a perspective of curiosity and compassion. I believe that with support, all people are capable of strength, growth, and resilience, even in the face of profound challenges.
I have over 15 years of experience supporting adults and couples through trauma therapy, EMDR, anxiety treatment, and relationship counselling. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and systemic. I provide LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming therapy, am WPATH Basic trained, and experienced in supporting trans and non-binary clients through identity exploration. transition-related stress, and relationship or family dynamics.
I work with individuals facing depression, anxiety, self-criticism, trauma recovery, grief, emotional neglect, and major life transitions. In couples therapy, I help partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust and intimacy after conflict or distance, manage stress, parenting, and identity issues, and navigate non-monogamy with security and care.
