These are tough times. Relationships can be more challenging. Feelings can abound. Perhaps you are experiencing anxiety, hurt, anger, regret, sadness, loneliness, grief, guilt, shame, or unworthiness. Our feelings do not define us but they can limit us. They can keep us from being as emotionally available as we would like. Perhaps you hold core beliefs that do not serve you but are difficult to shake. Maybe you have been othered or marginalized. I am a witness, a listener, a support, a safe, non-judgemental place of acceptance. I notice your strength, courage, and tenacity, and wisdom - which you may take for granted.
We are biologically programmed to be connected to one another through healthy, safe, mutually satisfying relationships. But sometimes you may hit a wall and not know why. Together, we'll be curious about what's hard, frightening, or confusing. I take my lead from you in the spirit of co-creation, partnership, and healing. And there’s no rush.
Whoever you love, whatever body you inhabit, whatever your background, whatever your life situation, whatever your age, whatever pains you - bring it all. I want to know YOU.
