I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and ADHD. I work with clients to set personal and educational goals, accept anxiety as an important and useful tool, develop positive self-identity and establish meaningful relationships. By implementing positive behavioral changes, developing social skills and/or parenting programs we can work together to improve your relationship with yourself, your family and others. I also have experience providing post-secondary students with academic strategy sessions.
I provide post-secondary students with academic strategy sessions and have an in-depth knowledge of the education system, creating individualized educational plans, delivering accommodations and developing alternative courses for students with diagnosed exceptionalities. I work from a client centered approach to support and heal individuals and families.
We will work together to understand your values, purpose for living, short/long term goals and accept anxiety as an important and useful emotion. Together we can improve self-awareness and identity, establish healthy relationships, relieve emotional suffering and achieve both individual and family goals.
