It takes courage to reach out for help when facing conflicts, loss, and a barrage of negative thoughts. It is within a safe, warm, caring relationship where you feel seen and heard that you can get your life back on track. It may seem hard to believe right now, but things will get better. I believe in you and your ability to effectively cope with the challenges that you face.
I integrate a number of therapeutic modalities adapted to your unique personality and circumstances to help you connect with your true self ( EMDR, CBT, SE, parts & psychodynamic).
Therapy can help in the following ways: Building self-confidence, improving relationships, managing stress, reducing anxiety, and achieving goals. Often, in an attempt to fit in we loose sight of who we are, and drift away from being our authentic self. It is virtually impossible to be happy when you aren’t being yourself and frequently leads to anxiety.
Life can sometimes be really hard and feel overwhelming. I offer a warm, compassionate space to assist you in finding ways to sort through life’s challenges. Every person has strengths and wisdom which they often overlook; these strengths need to be celebrated and harnessed so you can reach your potential.
