I specialize in working with youth and women who have experienced trauma. I have experience working with abuse, domestic violence, anxiety, eating disorders, PTSD and depression. I offer Biblical Christian Counselling for those who are looking for a more faith based approach.

From my own experience of complex trauma I offer a compassionate and empathetic therapeutic relationship where we can work together to help you become more whole. Healing is a journey and I would love to work together to help you through this part of it.
