Through expert guidance, we assist you in introspecting your thoughts and emotions, ultimately enhancing emotional intelligence and overall wellness. During our sessions together we will focus on unconscious; bringing feelings, thoughts and memories to conscious awareness. Additionally, we will seek to understand the reasons behind your distress, rather than just alleviating symptoms. -
