As a registered psychotherapist with 20+ years of experience, my purpose is to help you uncover your true potential. Whether you are struggling in your relationship, experiencing anxiety, grief, disordered eating, or depression, I will provide a caring and effective approach to support you in creating positive change. By applying effective therapy approaches and techniques that include mindfulness therapy, EFT and anti-oppression therapy approaches to therapy, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling & meaningful life.

I combine my passion in helping others create change with my interest in relationships, identity, neurobiology, attachment, social issues, somatics and anti-oppression with solid counselling skills.
I am a compassionate, solid, kind, and open-minded registered therapist who currently has a professional private practice in the junction area of Toronto. I have worked in diverse settings in GTA such as community mental health and hospitals as a group facilitator, counsellor, and expressive arts teacher in addition to being a registered psychotherapist.
