About
Becoming a new parent is one of the hardest life transitions. It is a journey that no one should have to undertake alone. Through one-to-one psychotherapy, I support people throughout their perinatal mental health journey including pregnancy planning, infertility, grief, processing labour and delivery, and post-partum transitions.
I believe that therapeutic relationship is a sacred space. My approach is grounded in collaborative relational and interpersonal psychotherapy. I draw on multiple modalities, including elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, solutions focused therapy and anti-oppressive practice.
I look forward to accompanying expecting and new parents on their journey. I like to use humour, a comforting presence and to keep it real when discussing the joys and tears of parenthood. I am interested in helping you both manage your present, explore your past and plan for your future. I look forward to working together in whatever way works best for you.
