I take a collaborative, client-centered approach—helping you build resilience, cultivate deeper self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change.
I work with individuals and couples facing various struggles, supporting them through: anxiety, depression, motivation and procrastination, self-esteem issues, trauma, life transitions, relationship struggles, and suicidal ideation. As an LGBTQ+ therapist, am also deeply committed to providing safe, supportive care for members of the LGBTQ+ community.
My approach is integrative, using techniques from various modalities and therapies, including person-centered, solution-focused, CBT, EFT, parts work, Gottman, and attachment theories, allowing me to customize each session to suit your needs. I am also trained in EMDR, which can be especially helpful for processing trauma and distressing experiences.
