Struggling with food, guilt, or feeling disconnected from your body? Caring for a loved one with dementia and feeling overwhelmed? You don’t have to go through this alone. Many of my clients come to me weighed down by stress, anxiety, or depression, trapped in patterns that no longer serve them. I specialize in helping you break free from self-sabotage, regulate your nervous system, and find peace and self-trust. Together we’ll work gently and practically so you can feel lighter, more resilient, and more at home in your body and your life
I offer practical strategies and insights to help you break free from unhelpful patterns and feel grounded in your body. Using Brainspotting, ACT, IFS,and Somatic Practices, we work on reshaping your inner neurobiology, processing past grief / trauma and shifting unhelpful patterns at a deep level.
I know how exhausting it can feel to be stuck in cycles of emotional eating, self-doubt, and guilt. But you don’t have to do this alone. With the right support, healing is possible. Using gentle, effective tools, we’ll reshape your inner neurobiology and create lasting change. If you’re ready to feel more at peace with food and yourself, I’d love to support
