Binge Body Freedom Group (virtual)

The Binge and Body Freedom Group is a 10-session, small and intimate group series designed to help break free from emotional or binge eating and heal your relationship with your body. This program aims to foster embodied confidence. We focus on rewiring the inner neurobiology underlying disordered eating, reconnecting with our bodies through the interoceptive system, healing old burdens, befriending the nervous system. You'll receive teachings, practical tools, and strategies to make profound shifts at a core level.
