Whether you're a youth, adult, couple, or family, I offer a warm, supportive space to help you navigate anxiety, identity, relationship challenges, life transitions, and parenting. I have a special interest in supporting youth and caregivers as they navigate their gender journey. Additionally, I am deeply interested in supporting and helping parents strengthen their connection with their children, and guiding adult children caring for aging parents. Together, we'll deepen self-understanding, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and help you move forward with greater confidence, compassion, and authenticity.
I firmly believe you are more than your past and fully capable of bringing about changes that will allow you to manage stress, connections, and increase self-awareness. Using strength-based attachment-informed support, tools, and somatic awareness, we can create lasting insights that will strengthen your relationships with yourself and those around you.
